Coro Lirico is a unique choral group that specializes in concert opera. We perform an entire opera score, minimally staged, with  arias sung by professional soloists. Founded and directed by Italo Marchini, the original choral group was molded into a choir perfectly suited to perform such operas. We are the only chorus in the New Jersey area to perform opera in concert form.

Of all the performing arts, opera is the fastest growing and most widely attended. Our organization is committed to bringing the great opera masterpieces, in concert form, to a diverse audience. 
It is our mission  to provide the finest in choral music with a commitment to opera for all interested and qualified singers to perform with us for the enhancement of the cultural life of our community.
